Filtered Water – any plain full fat yogurt will do I prefer using A2 yogurt for it’s digestive benefits.

Strainer A strainer or using a cheese cloth to strain is very important for this recipe to taste the most like a juice.
How to Make Fresh Strawberry Lemonade
Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl and set aside. Next add 1 cup of water and strawberries to the blend and blend on high till smooth.

Pour the strawberry and water mixture through a mesh strainer into the bowl with the lemon juice. Mix it together with a whisk til combined.

Add agave then stir in well, next add the remaining 3 cups of water and mix.
Add ice or chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving

Add sparkling water and ground up mint for extra cooling, fizzy taste.

Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the curry. Serve hot with basmati rice, naan, or roti.
