Nourishing Motherhood

Pregnancy, positive birth, postpartum nourishment & practical motherhood from a mom of four.

Motherhood is a season that deserves gentle support, deep nourishment, and practical encouragement. Here you’ll find natural pregnancy guidance, mother-centered postpartum care, nourishing recipes, and motherhood hacks that make life during the years with your little ones easier. Written from the heart of a mom of four, this space is here to support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and life with little ones.

The motherhood content shared on Our Loved Home is based on my personal experiences and is for educational purposes only. It isn’t a substitute for individualized medical care.

from one mother to another

Hi, I’m Parvati

I’m a mother of four, and much of what you’ll find here grew out of the things I learned through my own pregnancies, four home births, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and raising children while caring for a home.

I don’t believe motherhood has to be approached from a place of fear or perfection. I believe in preparing well, nourishing mothers deeply, trusting ourselves while knowing when to seek support, and creating home rhythms that leave room to actually enjoy our families.

Here I share the practical lessons, encouragement, and resources I wish more mothers were given.
